Experience are services that have been bundled into a package. Starting prices varies depending on any add on service.

in order to book an appointment a card needs to be added. This will not be charged unless there is a no show or less then 72 hour cancellation.

Yes, As we are still dealing with the health pandemic it is mandatory that everyone schedules an appointment.

Services have been bundled into an Experiences which are a MAx service time of 2 hours.

Please be intentional with your APPOINTMENT and set time for your experience. If you do not know what to book email.

Once you have booked your services you will receive a confirmation text. In that text please click on the link to access present appointment, future appointments and past appointments. Reminders are sent 72 hours before and day of so that you do not miss your experience.

On the day of your appointment, please come up and wait in the lobby area. Do not bang or knock on glass door. Mask are required to enter Chissel Beauty Studio. Chissel has the right to refuse services.

The salon has to be cleaned after each client. Be patient.

Q: What’s a hydrate and style aka wash and go ?

•If your hair lacks definition in its natural product free state and you are not happy with undefined curls, then the wash and go is not for you.

•Wash and Go is when you wear your hair in its natural curl pattern, without manipulating the style with tools, braids or stretching.

ClarifY•Cleanse •Hydrate• Product Application • Style hair & SiT under hooded dryer until 80% dry and the rest air-dry or sit under a dryer until dry.

Q: How to come for a service or a Curly Cut?

HAIR REQUIREMENTS

Come with your hair completely down and dry in it’s natural state.

You can have your hair styled how you like to wear it. Your hair can have light products but nothing oily or greasy. No side parts or edges gelled down.

for curly No Brush out, No pony tails, no wet hair, no pulled back hair and no hat hair.

Please follow all instructions to avoid extra fees.this also allows us to stay within your service time.

> Naturally wavy,curly, and coily hair has a spring factor, which is best observed on dry hair. A dry cut with no tension cutting a single curl exactly where it lives visually instead of literally.

  • At the end of the day the cut will be created specially for your curl type, texture , bone structure and features.

Q: How long till i can book my next service?

Haircuts

Short Hair 4-5 weeks/Curly Hair 3-4months

 Medium Hair 4-6 weeks /Curly Hair 4-5 months 

 Long Hair 6-8 weeks/ Curly Hair 5-6months
Curly Hair - 6months max 

Coloring

Root touch up Every 4-8 weeks

Toner 4-8 weeks { with proper shampoo and care}

Deep Conditioning Treatment

once a week, or every time you shampoo your hair. If recommended in your consultation.

Protein Treatment

Only once a month if needed.Not recommend for everyone.

  

Q: CANCELLATION POLICY

A: if you must cancel your appointment , give a 3 days before Appointment,

Request by email at info@chisselbeautystudio.com to avoid Fees. Once manually cancelled you can rebook a time and date that works well for you.

Failure to pay fees will result in refusal of any future services.

Q. I’m sick , Can I come in?

Not accepting sick clients. If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick around your appointment please cancel immediately.

Q: I don’t see a time or day available?

A: It could be that someone already booked. Need an appointment and can’t see a time slot get on the waiting list.
